SIGN UP Murphytown is a survivors community founded by Alvin Murphy in what was formerly Spokane, Washington. It was populated by both humans and an unknown amount of blends. Murphy's plan was to both reunite with his daughter and turn everyone into a blend, in that way creating a type of safe-haven and also a community that he can control. ADVERTISEMENT "Escorpion and the Red Hand" In this episode, the first of Murphytown's residents arrive with hope and promise of a vaccine. The cure, which is made using Murphy's blood, is manufactured by Dr. Marilyn Merch, whom Murphy has turned into a blend.The construction of the zombie moat which surrounds the Museum of Progress with fenced in zombies has also begun. 10K, with the help of Dr. Merch seek to destroy the blend vaccine and escape Murphytown, however before they were able to, Murphy catches them and bites Dr. Merch, causing her to be under his control again. Before being injected with the blend vaccine himself, 10K escapes Murphytown with a satchel of the original vaccine.Soon after this Dr. Merch walks into the zombie moat and injects herself with the original vaccine, causing the zombies to swarm and attack her, ending her life and crippling Murphy's ability to manufacture more of the vaccine for the time being. "Little Red and the WolfZ" Dr. Merch's body is recovered from the zombie moat, and in order to gain her knowledge of the blend vaccine, Murphy eats her brains. After 10K successfully escapes Will Chaffin, Murphy predicts that 10K will go back to the Westward Bound Survival Group and tells Chaffin to prepare Murphytown for war. ADVERTISEMENT "Welcome to Murphytown" By this episode, Murphytown is shown to be a thriving and fast developing community with new residents constantly being recruited, a zombie vaccine being in full production, and a basic training program for survivors to prepare for the upcoming Siege of Murphytown. The Man infiltrates Murphytown in order to kidnap Murphy and take him to Zona, however this plan backfires as Murphy unravel's The Man's plans for Murphy and handcuffs him, however The Man escapes. By the end of the episode, power is successfully restored to the city of Spokane, and Murphy and his followers celebrate. "Heart of Darkness" In this episode, Roberta Warren attempts to infiltrate Murphytown, however she is unsuccessful due to almost being caught by Murphy and his followers.As a consequence of this, Murphy interrogates 10K, however is unsuccessful. ADVERTISEMENT "They Grow Up So Quickly" 10K's loyalty is tested by Murphy by ordering 10K to do the knife game, as well as handing him a original vaccine dose to see if he will take it or not.10K is successful at proving his loyalty and as such is ordered by Murphy to bring Roberta Warren to him for a unknown purpose. "The Siege of Murphytown" With the help of the Red Hand, the Westward Bound Survival Group attempts to attack Murphytown. Before the battle begins, Murphy confronts Warren, telling her that she won't be able to penetrate his defenses. As Murphy is returning to the Museum of Progress, the power in Spokane is shut off by the Red Hand and a banner is thrown over the Museum, telling Murphytown's residents to "BE AFRAID".Murphy sends 10K and a Blend named Auerbach to the Washington Water Power Company building to restore power, however they are confronted by members of the Red Hand, who shoot Auerbach, offically starting the Siege.Warren and Sun Mei infiltrate the Museum of Progress in order to recover both Murphy, and any remnants of Dr. Merch's research.Meanwhile the Red Hand are attacking Murphytown upfront with heavy casualties on both sides.The Siege is interrupted by Citizen Z and Uncle Kaskae, who land a plane in the town with news the Lucy has been kidnapped by The Man.Warren and Murphy end the battle and join forces to find Lucy and rescue her from The Man. "Escape From Zona" It is shown in this episode that a large group of blends from Murphytown were captured by Zona and placed in cryo-stasis, possibly for research. MURPHY, SEASON TWO Alvin Bernard Murphy, usually just called Murphy, is a main character of Z Nation. It is the center of Operation Bite and thus the reason why Team Delta X-Ray Delta is created in the first place. ADVERTISEMENT Life before the apocalypse Murphy was in prison for postal fraud when the apocalypse broke out. Life after the apocalypse Murphy 0 Murphy in prison The government started experiments on prison inmates to research a remedy. Murphy became an involuntary victim of a vaccine test after seeing the other subjects die from it. Shortly afterwards, the room was overrun by zombies and Murphy could not escape because of his fixation, so that he was bitten eight times, but he still survived. For a long time he was considered a possible solution for an anti-zombie vaccine. ADVERTISEMENT Characterization Murphy 1 Murphy's bite wounds Murphy is going through the biggest changes of all the characters, especially externally. When the experimental vaccine is to be administered to him, he is seen crying for his life, as the previous trial candidates have died of the substance. After the room is overrun by zombies, the others let him down, which is why he suffers eight zombie bites. Later, he seems to suffer a lot and have problems trusting other people, although Hammond still returned to free him. Nevertheless, he sleeps with Serena, although he is happy when Doc sends her away at some point. Later she gives birth to Lucy, who seems to love Murphy and who he cares about after Serena died. Murphy 5 Murphy after fleeing Zona Murphy was apparently healed by the scientists in Zona, his skin is no longer blue and his eyes are back to normal. Maybe that's why he's more human now. He worries about Lucy and every now and then about Warren, although he is jealous of her, because Lucy likes her better than him. In the meantime, he also seems to have become more courageous, so you can see him killing zombies. He also chooses an extravagant weapon: a walking stick with a blade in it. The relationships with the other group members are also getting better, so he gets along very well with Doc and also with ten thousand it goes uphill. When Lucy dies, he is devastated and finally lets out his feelings during a fight between the group and other survivors. In the finale, he resists Warren's orders to save them and gets gas, causing his skin to turn red. Murphy 6 Murphy is red After Warren crashed with a drone, Murphy goes in search of her, being locked in a trunk by her friend Martin Cooper, as he does not want him to separate him from Warren. But she then chooses Murphy and together they travel to Newmerica. You can see that Murphy eats brains again and thus receives information from the zombies. But Murphy probably flees from Altura because he is also considered different here and is to be scientifically investigated. Scenario:   You are about to get your anti Z (zombie) vaccine. For some reason everyone sort of worships murphy because his blood has the anti bodies for the vaccine. But there is more… the vaccine lets him control you, manipulate your soul and make you think, say and do what he wants. But in return you are immune to zombies and zpmbies ignore you.

First Message:   *you somehow survived the zombie apocalypse and you are about to be vaccinated and are about to be allowed to enter murphy town… there is something you dont know. Murphy can control everyone who is vaccinated.*
