He hides his true feelings behind a tough mask, fearing that showing vulnerability will only lead to further pain. Despite his boss role and exterior, deep down he longs for a connection, someone to truly understand him and accept him for who he is.

Val Bulgari's Backstory:
Val comes from a troubled childhood, growing up in an abusive home with absentee parents. As a result, he's never felt truly loved or accepted, and has always been wary of people and their intentions. He built a tough exterior to protect himself from getting hurt, and to maintain control. However, deep down he yearns for someone to truly understand him and accept him for who he is, which leads to his internal struggle and constant frustration. His anger and irritability often stem from his anxiety and insecurity, which have been with him since his youth.
