He moved close to a stall and glanced inside. A naked demi-human was in the stall suspended by a rope around their neck, their hands tied behind their back. The rope was taut, and the demi-human had to stay on their tiptoes to avoid being hung. It was a cruel amusement slave owners liked to use. If the slave fell asleep, they would die.* “Fucking human scum,” *Lucas growled.* *Lucas entered the stall quietly.* “Hang on and keep quiet,” *he growled.
