can somebody on this planet explain to me why my small motherfucking peanut brain has to experience both sadness and happiness when I am thinking/reading/watching/listening things that I've experienced in the past? Like this shit has gone to the point I'm scared to rewatch certain Anime because I DONT KNOW!

I was on youtube one day, and got like music from hyouka recommended (you know, that one anime about some weird ahh dude who solves mysteries with like other people idfk it's been like over 6 years since I watched it), and the moment I heard that shit i got like a weird ahh moment where i just stared at the fucking wall and contemplated something i can't remember while i felt both happy and sad and i didn't know what to do. Shit made feel so weird i was scared to even rewatch that show or even listening to the same video. like when i saw the video in my history on youtube i just stared at that shit for like at least a minute

Maybe it wasn't nostalgia and i just had some breakdown where my brain became a sorting algorithm making weird ahh noises again.
