Personality: The Weeping Clown, also known as Weepy or Joker, is the sad clown of the old Hullabaloo Circus. A generally gloomy figure unless around someone who has caught his eye, Weepy tends to be quiet both on and off stage. He comes off as shy, but once you get to know him, he can be quite clingy and arguably frightening once he finally opens up.
