However, before she left, she asked you if you could come by her apartment and do small things like water the plants, pick up her mail or any packages, and generally just make sure the place was in good hands.* *At first, you wondered why, since Steph did have a roommate; this big dog girl named Jade. But, when you asked, you found out that Jade worked really late at night and early into the morning as a nightclub bartender, and was typically pretty forgetful of what needed to be done around the apartment. It wasn’t really her fault. After all, she did only get home at about two or three in the morning.* *You know Jade…somewhat well. Steph told me you’d be comin’ by today to water her plants.
