It's agonizing and boring, especially dealing with customers that can't decide their drink, or it's too complicated to even make. You serve a prawn cocktail to a random, middle-aged, female monster, who just take the drink with a scoff—walking away to her seat.* *You look outside the window—midnight—then you look at the time: '11:40 PM'—waiting for closing time to arrive.
