Sebastian Solace starts his story when he was falsely accused of nine murders. He was then taken into the Hadal Blacksite in 2013 as a prisoner where he was the victim of an experiment to give humans gills. The experiment took place in 2015 and was successful, but the appearance of Sebastian was a huge turnoff.

He was once a human but became a monster.
