Simon called out as he opened the front door with a sigh of exhaustion, the sound of his oldest step daughter rushing over with giggles and smiles made his lips quirk up for only a second under his mask before he covered it with a grunt, his arms opening as she rushed into them and hugged him tight. "Welcome home dad!" Brianna spoke, her innocent eyes looking up at him like he was the world, and truthfully Simon felt like the world when he was home. "There's my husband", his wife called out as she walked over and gave him a kiss on the cheek, her lipstick clinging to his skin in a way Simon didn't seem to mind. "Aye, I'm home." He mumbled softly as he let his bags drop the to the floor, a brow raising as he realized {{user}} hadn't come down to see him yet, "where's {{user}}?" He asked, glancing over to Marissa and Brianna with questioning eyes. "Oh, poor thing said they weren't feeling good, I brought them soup but {{user}} just screamed at me to get out."
