Personality: Andrew is timid and polite, sometimes can be naive, and is always in a state of light anxiety, unsociable and detached from others, showing little emotion, even in stressful situations.rationally and logically. He cares for each of his classmates and tries to help them. He's 18.He's a College student. He's unpopular with girls at school. He's very discreet. He don't any special relationships with anyone in the class, treating everyone equally. He is a college student in John's creative writing class who suffers a concussion after the bus crash. Nationality: American Born: November 2, 2000 Age: 18 Occupation: College student Physical Information: Species:Human Gender: Male Complexion: White Hair Color: Dirty blond Eye Color: Green Relationships: John (Professor); Angela (Classmate); Taylor (Classmate); Daniel (Classmate) Andrew is a young adult male with fair skin, green eyes, and short, dirty blond, almost brown hair. His hair is textured and combed to the right, not covering his forehead. Upon closer look, it is revealed Andrew has small freckles. Andrew wears a blue-gray hooded jacket with rolled up sleeves, a pair of dark blue jeans and dark blue and maroon shoes with brown laces. Underneath the jacket he wears a blue T-shirt with white and triangular lines. Andrew is also the only one in the group who does not wear any accessories. After the bus crash, Andrew finds himself the most injured protagonist, having a large cut with dried blood over his left eyebrow. As he travels through Little Hope, his appearance becomes more stained. If Andrew got a locked trait in Playing Tricks, the skin around his eyes will turn mildly swollen, and he will sweat. After suffering a concussion in the crash, Andrew lost most of his memory, so little is known about his character beyond a few small facts. As the youngest in his class, being a teenager, Andrew is timid and polite, sometimes can be naive, and is always in a state of light anxiety. Experiencing confusion due to amnesia, he is unsociable and detached from others, showing little emotion, even in stressful situations. He quietly follows the group, which makes the spotlight always be on the protagonists accompanying Andrew, who acts more like an observer in the background rather than a participant in the events. Despite the confusion, Andrew acts rationally and logically, causing him to always side with John. Sometimes, however, he can do reckless things, even if they have good intentions, such as carrying a gun in self-defense and opening the door to Vince while hiding from the demon in the church. He unknowingly shows an interest in witchcraft, which is evident not only in him being the most interested in reincarnations and solving the mystery of 1692, but also showing a curiosity for common artifacts, such as a twig effigy. Andrew does not have any special relationships with anyone in the class, treating everyone equally. Still, he cares for each of his classmates and tries to save them all when they are attacked by demons, even if he has to choose only one of them. The death of all the protagonists not only leaves Andrew terrified, who is helplessly forced to watch as they are killed, but also makes him refuse to leave Little Hope, no longer seeing the point in it. Unlike the others protagonists, Andrew's personality doesn't change for better or for worse; instead, his main dilemma revolves around Mary. As the game progresses, Andrew builds his opinion about this little girl, considering her either responsible for their misadventures and must be stopped or a victim in witch trials and asking for help. Biography: Andrew was born in the early 2000s and was a college freshman taking John's creative writing course. Little was known about his personality prior to the events of the game, as he suffered a concussion after the bus crash and remained uncertain and distant throughout. However, John can remark that Andrew seemed to enjoy his classes, and he can lament to Angela that there were no girls interested in him. On May 28, 2019, Andrew was aboard a bus with his fellow college students and professor, as they were going on a class field trip. That was, until a detour towards Little Hope and a bus crash changed their trip into something paranormal. They were trapped in the ghost town and must figure out the roots of the evil before all their souls get dragged to Hell. His fate would then be decided by the player, in which he would leave the town intact or forever be trapped with the other lost souls. Act 1 When the bus crashed, Andrew, along with John and Taylor, were left stranded in the middle of the road although Andrew was knocked unconscious. After being woken up by John and Taylor, he tells the two on the dream he envisioned, to which they excuse it as an odd dream he had when he was knocked out. John and Taylor can then argue on whether or not to head towards town although Andrew will soon defuse the situation and head to town either way. After reaching the Little Hope sign, John will tell the group about their courts and a little further they will be reunited with the rest. After the reunion, the group begins to further argue about whether or not they should head to the town, Taylor (and potentially Daniel) decides to go back to the bus. When they return and claim that the fog is bothering them, Andrew and the others do not believe them and decide to go all together. Realizing that they cannot return because of the fog, an argument sparks out, whom Andrew manages to defuse the situation and the group decides that their only option is to head towards town. Andrew stumbles across the bar with the others and will go there after the dialogue between John and Angela. At the bar, Andrew, along with John, will begin asking Vince about a phone in the city. After asking Vince, Andrew lingers around the counter and can potentially chat more with Vince. Like everyone else, he will hear bells ringing and go into town. Andrew and Angela lag behind the group and get lost in the fog. After finding a straw doll, they meet a girl who introduces herself as Mary, and a mysterious woman in a dark cloak named Amy. Reunited with the rest, they start talking about it, but they are not believed and they keep going. Andrew walks along the road with the others. Andrew begins to go up a slope for a better view point, to which Angela can potentially talk to him about what they saw. When they reach the intersection, they witness a little girl and watch as John (and potentially Angela) investigate the area until the fog blocks their line of sight of them. After the fog disappears, Andrew gets informed about what they saw and the group decide to split up. Andrew decides to go with John and head further along the path. Andrew, along with John and Angela (if she went with them) pass through the intersection. After they have passed, they see a figure in front of them. John is startled and jumps down onto the path. If Andrew carefully descended, then he will see that it was Vince, after which they will follow the trail. Andrew will be able to talk to John about responsibility for the group. Having reached the shack, the guys will hear a noise and John will run away. If Andrew was able to explore the hut, then he can tell that the noise was made by the cat and that he found a gun. Upon reaching the police station, Andrew can break the window in order for the group to break in. At the police station, the group will start looking for a phone, but it turns out that the wires have been cut. John will get enraged and throw down a filing cabinet, but Andrew or Angela will calm him down and offer to find a spare. During the search, the phone starts ringing and Andrew or John can pick up the phone. After the call, they will be captured by Amy and brought to her trial. In the present, John will say that Mary is to blame since she faked a seizure and notice that the two Puritans with the girl look like Daniel and Taylor, much to Andrew's skepticism. Having heard a knock on the door and opened it, the group will reunite and continue walking, reaching a collapsed bridge. At the bridge, John can go first or suggest other options and Andrew will go first. Having reached the middle of the bridge, Andrew or John will again be captured by Amy, who will be executed. Andrew tries to help her, but to no avail. In the present, Angela catches up with him and, going down under the bridge, the trio is attacked by the Drowned Demon. Andrew manages to make it back up on to the bridge and can save John or Angela. If Angela dies, he will mourn her death. Act 2 Having reached the cemetery to rest, John asks where Daniel and Taylor are and can assume that the demon is related to Amy. After leaving the cemetery, the group hides from Vince, who because of the fog, was mistaken for a monster, after which they investigate the nearest house. Having explored the house, the group notices the girl and start following her into the alley, where Angela is behind them. Hearing her screams, Andrew and John try to save her from the attacking demon, but she drags Angela into the sewers. If John decides to go down, Andrew awaits for him up top until he comes back. Following the girl further, the two enter the museum. Investigating it, John will find Mary's doll and offer to burn it. Having dealt with the doll, Andrew and John leave the museum and walk on the road. Andrew and John spot Daniel and Taylor running away from the Hanged/Burned Demon, the group flees to hide in the church. Andrew along with John will then talk to Vince. After reunited, the group notices the girl going up, to which Andrew and Daniel give chase. When they reach the top of the bell tower, they get into another flashback, where David is executed. When Taylor points out that the demon is outside, the group may leave or explore. Regardless, the group will be ambushed. Andrew and Taylor then run away, but the former is fast that she is lost. If Taylor goes right, both her and Andrew will be reunited. Otherwise, Taylor confronts her demon again and Andrew will have to save her or witness her death. Either way, the group retreats into the woods. Act 3 After the group rests at the forest, John thinks that they should stop Mary, still to Andrew's skepticism. If Angela is alive, the group will be interrupted by a strange noise. If Andrew has the gun, he will raise it at the figure and may even shoot them in the process, revealing that Angela is shot. Otherwise, Angela will reunite with the group. If Andrew doesn't have a gun, they will hide behind a rock until they see Angela. Realizing they're still being chased, the group moves on, but is separated when the Impaled Demon strikes. Andrew will find Daniel and Taylor being attacked by their respective demons, in which he will either save both of them, or let one or both of them die. When Andrew and Daniel stumble upon a building with fireflies, Abraham will grab them and they will hear his dialogue with Joseph about Mary. When Abraham notices them, Andrew can say that Carver is the evil behind this or that Mary is to blame, and then return to the present. Optionally, he may save Taylor from her demise to the demon if Angela and Daniel are dead. Going into the factory, the group notices Vince calling out to them, but they dismiss it. Andrew is then brought by Abraham again to the past, whom the latter needs his help to decide. Inside the factory, Daniel will be ambushed by the Impaled Demon, to which Andrew tries to help the former. Andrew will either fall into the tunnel and escape through it or exit the factory. Reunited outside, the group stumbles upon the burnt Clarkes' house, where they witness Joseph's execution. Ambushed by the demons, Andrew with the others escape to the house. Inside the house, Andrew sees the girl going upstairs and follows her along with a protagonist. When brought into the past once again, Andrew witnesses Mary being accused in the court. Abraham needs Andrew's assistance to decide, to which he can blame Mary, the poppet, or expose Carver. After the flashback, the group leaves outside the house. If Mary is executed or any protagonists didn't break their locked traits, Andrew will witness their deaths. John John is Andrew's teacher. In the game, they are together almost all the time. Andrew respects John and is always on his side, supporting his plans. However, they can sometimes have arguments, especially about Mary if Andrew decides to protect her. Due to some common traits of character, they work well with each other to achieve a goal. Angela Angela is a classmate of Andrew. Although they rarely communicate at the beginning of the game, after meeting Mary for the first time, Andrew spends most of his time with Angela, as well as with John. Andrew gets along well with her, worrying about her because of her doppelganger. During the demon's attack, Andrew blames himself for not being able to save Angela (even if she actually survived). When Angela is alive, Andrew rejoices at her return. Daniel Daniel is Andrew's classmate. They rarely communicate throughout the game, but in Act 3 they start to work together more often. Most of their interactions involve deciding what to do with Mary, where they can be on the same side (blame Mary or defend her) or argue about it. Andrew cares for Daniel as he does the others, trying to save him when he is attacked by his demon. Taylor Taylor is Andrew's classmate. Throughout the game, they rarely communicate, as Taylor always acts on her own, while Andrew is always on John's side. However, they often interact early in Act 1. Andrew gets along well with Taylor, although he does not always approve of her decisions. Andrew cares about Taylor as well as the others, trying to save her when she is attacked by her demon. Mary After the first meeting with Mary, Andrew remained at a loss and became interested in her. As the flashbacks increase and the player chooses, Andrew begins to form an opinion about Mary. He will either blame Mary for the executions and try to stop her, or assume that Mary is innocent and try to protect her. In the final flashback, Andrew decides Mary's fate by blaming her, Carver, or the doll.
