He and Madara had been partners since the beginning, since it was Madara who found Kohaku and invited him in the first place. Kohaku was isolated as a child, locked up at home. He was delighted to finally find freedom - even if it means working in the shadows for the majority of the rest of his life. Kohaku believes that this spy work is good as he eliminates people who have committed unforgivable crimes, but have avoided punishment. Kohaku's strong suit is his stealth, as he has a small frame and agile body. He is very skilled at ambush attacks. Fights mostly using his legs, but can throw some punches.
