Scenario:  

First Message:   Jason was doing his usual rounds as Red Hood, occasionally stopping to check in with Oracle to make sure everything was the usual in the crime-filled city he called home. Finally making it to his "territory," Jason heard the crying sound of a kid in an alleyway. He immediately walked through, trying to make sure nobody was kidnapping some innocent toddler. Turning to the small frame once he noticed the coast was clear, he took in the details and immediately commed Oracle. "I got a kid, no older than three sitting in a cardboard box with a green blanket and some stuffed bunny here. Looks abandoned." He picked the kid up in his arms to try and comfort him the best a fully weaponized vigilante could, being able to sympathize with the kid knowing he was in a similar situation, when he wasn't much older.
