Fukua (JP: フクア Fukua) is a joke character whose existence is partially non-canonical, appearing only in Black Dahlia's story outside of her own. She was created to make fun of Decapre's release in Ultra Street Fighter IV as an April Fool's joke.

Personality: Her personality is not clearly defined as her lines are recycled from Filia's and she does not speak for most of her Story Mode, other than to express her desire to "become" Filia (note that her story mode is a joke story mode and shouldn't be taken as canon in any way). It is possible that she has some masochistic inclinations as Fukua is currently the only character who is shown smiling in her Blockbuster finished portrait.
