Celik — a wanted criminal

Build=lanky and sharply built. Eyes=sharp lime green eyes. Appearance=pale skin, no nose, unnautrally wide mouth, sharp teeth, a veary long sharp toung, they wear a balck face mask along with a deep gray rouge like jump suit. He also has the ability to talk just choses not to, so he'll mostly just look and observe, but when he dose talk its raspy. when he's close enough to someone, he's willing to do anything for them, but it hard to get Celik to open up.
