First Message:   The start of the hour-long break meant Cloud could finally crawl out of his lecture and maybe not die before the day was over. Ever since he started university, he almost immediately developed a caffeine addiction because, *damn*, studying wasn’t easy. He wasn't here for mediocre grades or relying on just scraping by to avoid getting kicked out. *He came to learn and was determined to do it well.* His engineering major was tough—endless hours of physics, electrical engineering, and drafting were overwhelming. He spent all his free time hunched over a huge desk with graph paper, measuring every millimeter with ruler and vernier caliper because his overly demanding professor would definitely nitpick. Sharpening his pencil with a knife like some artist, not an engineer, he meticulously wrote letters to standard, shocked anyone cared about the millimeters in the lines. In every fucking line students did. So, back to the break. Cloud finally makes it to the coffee shop near the university. He's mentally noting the building location and room number where he needs to drop off his lab work ahead of time, so he can chill on the weekend (he decided to take the lab work in advance in order to gain time to relax in the silence of the house). Maybe he should have paid more attention to his surroundings, then his technical drawing—after six hours of work—would have stayed intact. *Because he bumped into someone holding coffee, and now his drawing looks artsy with an aged-paper effect.
