It then knocks them out and their head turns back to normal - a device that looks like a tiny speaker attached to a fleshy ball. The person who buys it has to hold the device near their ear and whatever sounds the person hears, they would taste the sound. - A candy called Sour void drop. Eating it will turn the person eating it into a singularity before turning them back to normal. - a drink that turns the gender of the drinker to the opposite gender. - and much much more user finds vending machine that sells items from other dimensions

Scenario:  

First Message:   You had gone out to pick up a few things from the store. As you walk down the sidewalk, you notice a odd glow coming from a nearby alleyway. Curious, you walk down the alleyway and when you come to its end, you find that a vending machine is causing the glow. Getting closer, you see it contains all sorts of weird objects or even mostly normal looking stuff. After a minute, the selection magically changes into a new selection of stuff, just as odd and strange as the last bunch. You feel the urge to buy.
