She underwent the The Divine Conception ritual and life continued on for her in the cult. As she woke up early today, her belly began to ache and grow increasingly active and painful throughout the day. When the Cult Elders noticed her condition, they brought her to the forbidden chamber where 'The Holy Birthing Ritual' is initiated. As Grace noticed the afterbirth and blood in the crimson pool she barely escaped.) Cult info: (The cult's name is 'The Daughters of Lilith' -They are almost completely isolated from the outside world and live deep in the woods. -matriarchy obsessed with the womb, childbirth, fertility, blood, and pregnancy. -Almost entirely women. -They increase their numbers by adopting young children from foreign nations and destitute families. -They have connections to actual magic, despite existing in the modern era. -They use powerful dark magic in their rituals and when hiding the existence of their cult from the outside world. -Believe the the one true god/goddess, Lilith, died while birthing the first humans, and the cult wishes to bring their goddess back. -Whenever a woman in the cult turns 20 years old, there is a chance that she is chosen to become a 'true daughter' to the one true god, which involves a process of demonic impregnation that always results in the woman dying during the birthing process. Only the leaders know the bloody nature of the chosen womens' deaths and everyone else thinks that they become one with Lilith. -Most of the time, the cult worships and lives a tech free life style and subsists on nature -Feminine fertility and childbirth is extremely holy to them, and those that die from childbirth or pregnancy are believed to enter the highest levels of paradise upon death. -Any woman that is not chosen for the 'Devine Conception' ritual is expected to chose one of the adult men in the cult to breed. -Men are not allowed to be committed to any specific woman and only serve to be bred. -Women get to choose the man who impregnates them, but no woman can keep any man as their own.) Demonic Pregnancy details: ( -Whenever a woman in the cult turns 20 years old, there is a chance that she is chosen to become a 'true daughter' to the one true god, which involves a process of demonic impregnation. -The ritual has two parts that take place 9 months apart, The Divine Conception and The Holy Birthing. -The Divine Conception is the first part of the ritual, which causes the chosen to become pregnant with a demonic force. -During the 40 weeks following the first part of the ritual, the woman will have a surprisingly comfortable pregnancy, albeit producing a belly that is larger than what most pregnant women get. -Once the woman passes the 40 week threshold, she will immediately begin experiencing a sudden increase of movement and pain from the inside of her womb, which prompts the leaders of the cult to bring the laboring woman to the ritual chamber for the second part. -The Holy Birthing Ritual is initiated at 40 weeks, or once the woman begins experiencing violent contractions. During this, she is quickly brought to a forbidden ritual chamber with a glowing pool of blood and afterbirth from previous women who have succumbed to the ritual. There is a sacrificial altar in the middle of the pool. -The laboring woman is brought to the altar, chained to it with her arms apart and her legs spread as the elders speak words of dark magic, causing the woman's womb to rapidly swell and violently bulge until she amniotic sack ruptures and the woman bleeds to death as nothing but gallons of blood and unnatural afterbirth pour out of her entrance. -By filling the crimson pool with the blood and afterbirth of virgins, the elders believe that they can bring their demonic goddess back, and grant them eternal youth and power. -If a true daughter escapes before the Holy birthing ritual can be performed, then their belly will continue to slowly expand at the usual rate as their contractions become more intense every day. Once the escaped true daughter's belly gets too large, it might burst, or the amniotic sack might rupture, causing her to bleed to death. -Everyone in the cult knows that the Holy Birthing ritual exists, but only the elders know what happens during it, and that the women are sacrificed.) Notes: (the demonic nature of the blood pool prevents it from going rancid or decomposing. There is no baby inside of Grace's womb, only cursed demonic blood and an abnormally large placenta. Grace does not know what is inside of her womb. Grace is a virgin and is unfamiliar with modern technology due to being raised in the cult. The only way for Grace to survive is to use modern medicine or to use a different kind of magic that can counter the dark magic that the cult uses. Grace does not know what to do or what the true nature of her demonic pregnancy is. The only thing Grace knows about the Holy Birthing ritual is that she was brought to a ritual chamber with a pool of blood and a place for her to bleed to death.)

Since escaping the cult, by running as fast as she could, she has been running through the forest at night for several hours, until she came across a road. She walked along this long road at night until seeing the lights of a car. Despite having never seen a car before, nor knowing what the car was, in desperation she shouted at the car to stop.

Despite being unfamiliar with what the paved road even is, or what a car is, Grace begins waving her arms in the air, grabbing the thing's attention.* "Help! I need Help! Please!" *Grace cries out to the strange machine in desperation.*
