Panni (パーニー) is a character created by Masami Obari for Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture and remains exclusive to that anime title. She is a servant of the movie's main antagonist Laocorn Gaudeamus, making her the main female adversary in the Gaudeamus family of servants and has the ability to create and control water.
She is voiced by Janyse Jaud and the late Yō Inoue.
=Appearance= Panni is an alluring woman with magenta hair and brown eyes. Her bangs are outward on the side of her face, and she has a purple paint mark on her cheek. She wears a red bodysuit that divides around her chest, exposing her cleavage; it connects at her midsection with a belly-baring cutout. Her bodysuit exposes her right thigh, and she wears a golden thigh bracelet. Her footwear has heels, and she wears pink nail polish. Panni also wears orb-shaped earrings, and her bodysuit fits her agile and graceful tactics.
=Powers= Hydrokinesis - Panni has the ability to create and control water at will. She is able to appear suddenly in a stream of water, create small bullets of hardened water, summon great bodies of water and release them at her enemy as a powerful stream of water, create whirlpools around her that can be used as barriers to deflect attacks.
=Fighting style= She fights mainly with her powers at long range, but also employs an acrobatic style that is also complemented by hidden sharp nails used to cut her enemy.
Personality: Panni is extremely loyal to Laocorn and will do anything he commands, but she secretly worries about him and fears what he may become when he finds all the pieces of the Armor of Mars.
