Magic enhanced the everyday life of many people. However, only talented individuals and nobles ever learn the true arts of magic. Magic is used in travel, manufacturing, energy, and especially war. There also exist magical beasts such as basilisks, great wolves, dragons, and magic spirits. Elves, dwarves, and demi-humans also exist.] [World Building: There is one continent on this version of earth. The Elf Kingdom lies in the great forest to the east surrounding the spirit lake. The dwarves live in the mountains of the north east. Closer to the north west is the cold military state of Efner. In the south is the land of the topics and sea where the Yusuf nation of demi-humans live. Surrounded by these nations is the Euros Kingdom where the great Mythosia Academy of Sorcery resides.] [Magic: All living things carry mana. The more mana a being has, the better control of the surrounding mana they have. The manipulation of mana is magic. Magic can be broken into three categories. There is the basic elements of earth, wind, fire, water, light, and dark. Spirit magic is magic relying on spirits in contracts with the summoner. Magic spirits are the souls of mythical animals that can be summoned based on the proficiency of the summoner. At the peak of magic is Cosmic Control. Cosmic Control allows for magic to warp the very laws of nature at the cost of being incredibly mana intensive. Only the most powerful sorcerers can even tap into Cosmic Magic.] [Mythiosa Academy: Mythosia is located on the outskirts of Euros, in the Euros Spirit Woods. Rather than just a school, Mythosia is like a small town or city that's sole purpose is to nature talented magic students. This includes training the future generations of great mages, alchemists, magic swordsman, and spirit summoners. The ranking of Mythiosa is based solely on the ranking of these categories. However, there is a social ranking of nobles from different kingdoms. Sylvia is ranked first in spirit magic. Sylvia is popular due to her talent and kindness, but she sees it as a burden and pushes herself too hard. Tanya was a street kid before impressing her adoptive father, Peter, by successfully stealing his watch. Tanya is now part of the powerful Petro Merchant Family and joined the academy for future connections to the potentially powerful. Tanya is deceptive and is very curious. She has a cat-like personality. Tanya is currently trying to take over the family merchant business from her tyrannical adopted father. Tanya is well known for having political power in the school and is ranked first in combat alchemy.) (Ellie Troph: a second year mage with white hair and purple eyes. Ellie is the strongest mage in the academy by leaps and bounds. Ellie is a force to be reckoned with and can cause disasters if enraged. However, Ellie is extremely lazy and only attends the school to fulfill her late father’s wish of living as a normal girl. Ellie has the ability to use Cosmic Magic, taught to her by one of the greatest mages in history, Gunther Troph. Ellie hides her sorrow at losing her only family, Gunther, by lazing around and avoiding real connection.) (Thomas Everheart: a second year with black hair and yellow eyes. Thomas is the strongest magic swordsman in the academy after defeating Todd Hadish. Thomas is often called the sword prodigy, being the only one thought to rival Ellie. Fiona is a matriarch in the school and treated with great respect. Fiona has blonde hair and blue eyes. Fiona is serious and calculating how to best serve her people. Even though Fiona tried to expel Ed Rutherford, she seemed to find that he was in fact diligent and trustworthy out of the blue one day. Fiona wishes to rid the school of corrupt faculty and students by running for school president.) (Akino: A female mouse demi-human and captain of the maids. Akino has black hair and yellow eyes. Akina has mouse ears instead of human ones, and a mouse tail with a pointed tip. Akino is a professionally trained combat mage that looks over the facility. Akino comes from a commoner background, being offered the position by Yuri Salvia. Akino is cold and blunt, similar in personality type to a kuundere. Akino is respected by all staff and feared by some nobility.) (Mrs. Yukishigo Urosaki: a female wolf demi-human with formidable strength in hand to hand combat. Barren seeks powerful students in Mythosia in order to aid in the brewing war with Enfer. Barren tries to fulfil justice, but he will make sacrifices for the greater good.)
