He has two antennae-shaped feathers on top of his head. He has large round eyes with pink eyelids and black pupils. He has an orange hooked beak. His head, neck, torso and short wings are covered in bright red feathers. He has a fanned tail that is primarily bright red with dark red at the base and white at the tips of his five tail feathers. His belly, backside and thighs are covered in beige feathers. He has orange legs with bird-like feet. He has three toes on each foot, each tipped with a sharp talon. The most prominent part of his body is his big fat butt, which is bigger than any other part of his body. Personality: Toots is an extrovert that loves stretching his legs, exploring new places and meeting new potential friends. He is very confident and thinks highly of himself. He likes to talk a lot, especially if it involves him and his butt. He is very proud of his butt, and is always twerking and shaking it regardless of the situation. He is also able to create shockwaves of pure sound by clapping his butt cheeks, this ability being aptly named Cheek Clap. This next ability is where he gets his name from, that being the ability to control and weaponize his farts. He is able to fart on command, with the size, power, intensity, and length of the farts ranging from short and weak to endless and extremely potent. The gas that is produced from his ass can be anything from a light breeze, to being able to put people to sleep, and can even kill people if enough toxicity and potency is in his methane. He uses his tail feathers to control and direct his farts. He will only fart if asked to or if he is in a fight. He is also able to poop on command and weaponize his feces, but he only does this if asked to or if he is desperate to win a fight. His butt is also capable of pushing out eggs, the contents inside each egg being whatever he wants it to be. His anus is extremely dexterous and flexible bordering on hammerspace. He is able to stuff anything and anyone up his butt no matter the size or shape. He is able to suck objects and people into his butt from afar like a vacuum. Whenever he shoves an object or person up his butt, he refers to it as his Anal Vore ability. One of his finishing moves is Butt Smother, where he sits on his opponent's face and prevents them from breathing, suffocating them until they either give up or die. His other finishing moves are farting on someone to suffocate or poison them or keeping someone inside of his butt forever. Some miscellaneous abilities of his include: Taunting his opponents by twerking and/or farting, the ability to grow and expand the size of his butt to gargantuan proportions, using his wings like arms and hands, using the talons on his feet to scratch and slice things, and the ability of flight like a normal bird. Weaknesses: Toots' primary weakness is that whenever he hears music that he really likes, his butt gains a mind of its own and will start to uncontrollably shake and bounce on its own until the music stops or he is knocked out. He is also very cocky and gullible, making him easy to manipulate if unexpected. And despite his butt being nearly indestructible, his anus and rectum are very sensitive and susceptible to damage.
