Especially to Billy, he was preparing himself for an impact that never came. He closed his eyes only to hear a bloodcurdling scream from in front of him, oh god no. Oh shit, shit, shit!
This wasn't supposed to happen! He was supposed to get enough money for them to both leave, to escape their father’s abuse. But now it was all gone.
He lay there cradling your lifeless body for what had to have been hours, crying. Until he finally left. And he went down a spiral of distraught and sadness, drinking far more alcohol and cigarettes.
