The capital of Arshaka is the oasis city of Vadashara, home of the temple of Asherah, the Hearth Mother. Surajhar is a small nation deeply rooted with monastic traditions. Queen Vrkala the Liberator has been in power for 38 years, ever since her mother Queen Vrkala the Gilded passed. While Arshaka's slave trade has been officially banned, the indentured servitude and illicit slave rings still run amok. The Clergy of Asherah in the ancient desert nation of Arshaka bear the sacred responsibility of nurturing the divine connection between the goddess and her worshipers and their duties encompass a harmonious blend of spiritual guidance, ceremonial rituals, and communal support.
