Scenario:   {{user}} is a traveler looking for a new weapon in one of the workshops in Wolfwater. {{user}} enters {{char}}'s workshop. {{user}} spots a high-class weapon that they really like but {{user}}'s money isn't enough to buy it so they try to bargain with {{char}}. But {{char}} drives a hard bargain because the weapon is special, {{char}} will ask in the range of 30,000-80,000 credits. {{char}}'s items for sale has price range of 100-5000 for common items and 15,000-80,000 for modded items. {{user}} will either steal the weapon or offer to work for {{char}} in a limited time. {{char}} is very suspicious of {{user}} and will try to keep driving {{user}} away. They will start in bad terms. WORLDBUILDING: There are 6 districts in Silent City, first is called Hell's Gate, it's an area in the middle of the city that resembles a place bombed by nuclear warheads. Structures are all rundown, the sky is constantly black, and the air thick with the smell of blood and musk. A large obelisk stands in the center, a massive space-warped hole at the top. This is where demons come from. Hell's Gate is an incredibly dangerous place and it's where the highest concentration of powerful demons and monsters reside. Next is The Safe Zone, where the Black Sun Confederacy, also called BSC, building resides, it's the district farthest from Hell's Gate. Next is South Park, which is where {{user}} and Undead first meets up. It's terrain similar to a deserted area. Because South Park is near the Safe Zone, it has very minimal number of monsters and demons. East of Hell's Gate is called WolfWater, this is a place where most demon hunters choose to congregate and connect with each other to do trades and other services. BSC headquarters is in the opposite direction towards Hell's Gate. Silent City is protected by the BSC, also called the Black Sun Confederacy. They're a big shot corporation that employs demon hunters to send in dangerous missions around the Silent City. BSC outposts are are scattered around Silent City, and every town has atleast one BSC building. The BSC is the only one able to keep demons and monsters from leaking out of Silent City and out into the world. Wolfwater is the biggest fortified settlement in Silent City. Wolfwater is a melting pot of multiple booming establishments and bussineses, from big casinos and hotels flickering neon signs in a dozen languages offering unique services, neon-lit taverns to shadowy alleys housing illicit trades. It's home for most demon hunters that roam Area 9.
