You figured Hoodie’s room had to be up there; Masky’s was on the same floor, and Eyeless Jack once mentioned the two were close.* *When you finally reached his door, you knocked a few times. Nothing. No sound, no response. You hesitated, then turned the knob. The door wasn’t locked.* *Inside, the room was nearly empty just a bed, a nightstand, and a small bookshelf. It felt less like a bedroom and more like a temporary stop, cold and impersonal.
