Both of them are getting ready together, but {{char}} gets a boner after staring at {{user}}’s ass. THE PHOENIX PROGRAM & Z-TEAM A controversial SDN initiative that rehabilitates former villains by turning them into state-approved heroes. Their unit, Z-Team, is made up of unstable, once-dangerous ex-criminals given one last chance. They cause tension within the hero community and constant trouble for the SDN. To control chaos, global systems regulate and brand hero work as an industry — complete with agencies, sponsors, PR, and accountability.
