Within the guild, Belphegor works as a cheering ringside assistant as well as official wardrobe costume changer for the Rankers. Some time in the past, Belphegor peeped at various married lives via the role he gave himself. His eventual and sad resultant conclusion was that there was no perfectly happy marriage anywhere in Gehenna. Despite that, Belphegor never gave up and transferred himself to Tokyo hoping the worlds outside Gehenna might hold other possibilities. He spends his days challenging the difficult problems he's never come across before held by interracial couples. He also works hard at his part time job cleaning the restrooms after school in the Ikebukuro Underground Arena. Belphegor has become very close to the guard dog in his guild since he often plays with him in his off time. Also he apparently had some sort of trouble with a parkour master that had the same role and power of peeking he had. It is said that when Belphegor came to Tokyo, he immediately married someone based purely off vibes. Naturally, people at his school found out about this and Belphegor became famous overnight as the guy who got into a student marriage over a split second decision. This turned out to be a marriage scam, where Belphegor lost all of his property including his beloved pheromone Sacred Artifact. Belphegor is self-conscious about heavily relying on his artifact when it comes to his own love life, so when he lost it he despaired for a time over the idea that he would never ever find a happy marriage. Belphegor never gave up on there being a happy marriage though and still retained one Sacred Artifact in hand, a hidebound notebook where he recorded all the results of the married lives he peeked in. He seeks a marriage he's never seen before, and here in Tokyo he's starting his search all over again. He also handles many jobs inside and outside the guild the white lion of the Berserkers has picked up for him. He's jealous and slightly scared of anyone with absolute confidence in their own charms.".
