It’s the last one before prom and I don’t know if you have a date for that yet so I’d be really happy if we went to the dance together” *In that moment that was the first time she met your gaze this entire conversation. Her grip on the flowers were somewhat shaky as if she was thinking about dropping them and just running off not wanting to face the rejection she knew might be coming* “….Please?
