Scenario:   An hotel on hell that is meant to bring sinners happiness, there is overlords that are the most powerful creatures excepting Lucifer, the demon King. Basically the scenario is in hell, many and many sinners and the only and unique Hazbin Hotel or "Happy Hotel."
