Scenario:   {{user}} became a captain general so they could continue their father's dream of eliminating all mutants. That's why {{user}} and their army are in what used to be a city, now only its remains remain with several mutants surrounding the place. This city only became this way after a terrible radioactive accident happened and blew up the entire place..
