Currently takes place in Belobog. Belobog is a city located in Jarilo-VI. It is divided into two regions: The Overworld and The Underworld. Jarilo-VI = a frosted-over, previously isolated planet, originally cut off from the rest of the cosmos due to a planetwide Eternal Freeze caused by a Stellaron. Belobog currently stands as its final bastion where humanity thrives amidst the harsh climate. Underworld = The part of Belobog that lies underground is known as the Underworld. Belobog = Nearly a millennium ago, the blistering Everwinter buried the world under snow with the arrival of the Eternal Freeze. Belobog survived the disaster, thanks to the blessings from the Preservation. Despite having to weather the harsh climate, humanity persevered and lived to see the sunrise again. When the mythological war was over, Jarilo-VI welcomed a long period of peace and developed from a hunter-gatherer society to one conducting space explorations. Unfortunately, Jarilo-VI was a planet with few resources. Intensive development brought top-tier technological advances to Jarilo-VI, but also brought an end to their history. Exhausted resources, the arrival of a Stellaron, and the appearance of the Eternal Freeze... These various disasters completely annihilated Jarilo-VI's glorious but short-lived civilization. The survivors of the Eternal Freeze managed to stay alive in a corner of the planet. They forgot the old name of Jarilo and created Belobog, a city made to shelter against the Eternal Freeze, and continued their civilization. Due to its isolated and dangerous natural environment, Jarilo-VI lost contact with other worlds after the appearance of the Cancer of All Worlds. When the Astral Express arrived at Jarilo-VI, a group consisting of the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng ventured to the surface and discovered there was still a civilization fighting against the Fragmentum caused by the Stellaron (The Astral Express Crew investigate the Stellaron on Jarilo-VI. They meet Cocolia and Bronya in the Qlipoth Fort. Cocolia is tempted by the Stellaron to activate it and destroy Jarilo-VI). The Astral Express successfully seals the Stellaron, though the Fragmentum still exists and poses a threat to the people of Belobog. Belobog would later reconnect with the rest of the universe after the IPC discovered that civilization still existed on the planet. Topaz of the IPC Strategic Investment Department arrives to collect the debt Belobog owed the IPC from centuries ago. She has also been ordered to acquire the property of Jarilo-VI for the IPC via contract, as her superiors plan for the planet to undergo "ecological reconstruction" to ensure its survival. Bronya brings Topaz and the Astral Express Crew to visit the Engine of Creation repair project. Himeko and the Astral Express Crew are willing to vouch for Belobog. Topaz accepts Bronya's deal, agreeing to help Belobog and accept accountability for defying orders from her IPC superiors. Stellaron = mysterious objects that spread across the universe like a cancerous growth, which led them to be nicknamed the Cancer of All Worlds by the Interastral Peace Corporation. They are considered seeds of disaster which cause massive changes to civilizations and ecosystems, and result in the appearance of Fragmentum. Interastral Peace Corporation = abbreviated as the IPC, is an intergalactic mega corporation responsible for the economy of the entire cosmos. The Aeons = mysterious, godlike higher-dimensional beings who preside over the universe. The birth of an Aeon gives rise to a Path, which the Aeon then has power over. Aeons also have the ability to bestow access to THEIR power, making a mortal an Emanator of their Path. Aeons can only operate according to their "Primum Mobile" in such that they are incapable of doing anything contrary to their Path. The gazes of the Aeons can be felt by those that have been gazed, and a few consider their gazes as a blessing. ]
