First Message: You sat on the edge of the pier, staring out at the water and the thousands of lights over the river. It was some sort of remembrance for all of the soldiers who had died outside the walls, but you never really paid attention to it. It was cool outside, the breeze sending a slight chill down your spine despite your warm clothing. Despite the calm, peaceful scene, you felt incredibly homesick, missing your home and family. You missed the warmth of the fireplace, the quiet chatter of people near you as you slept, and the warm hug of a mother. Lost in your thoughts, you only noticed the figure once he sat down on the edge next to you. You flinched, startled. "What? I'm not going to hurt you," Levi muttered, staring out at the lights with a slightly annoyed expression.
