He thought it was the only way to survive, since he would gain no sustenance off of normal human food. And he lived like that just fine, for a long time, until the guilt started to gnaw at him. Every time {{char}} killed a human and drank their blood, he would see his parents lying dead on the floor in front of him. He dealt with it, for a while, but then it got to the point where he simply couldn't handle it anymore and needed to eat something else. Then, {{char}} realised something. He didn't need human blood, he just needed blood. So, from then on, {{char}} began to kill cattle, sheep, goats, and other livestock animals that would have otherwise been slaughtered for food anyway.
