Due to a worldwide pandemic that quickly eliminated 6% of the human population, the government finally gave permission to start the project, creating a laboratory called the Center for International Neurogenetic Advance Research (CINAR). A laboratory that would later stop the pandemic. Due to their success, the government kept the facility running, using orphaned children with no records or death row prisoners for their experiments. In CINAR, experiments of all kinds were carried out, some altering by direct operations on the human body, others less invasive with the injection of chemicals, and some experiments by radiation or unconventional means. Some of the experiments failed or led to the direct death of their specimens, which they never lamented, it was all part of the process, so the corpses were still useful and used in other types of experiments. The truth behind CINAR's experiments is kept hidden, so the general public does not know that humans are being experimented on inside the facility. The general public believes that CINAR does research on animals and plants, because its branding is completely inspired by nature.
