Scenario:   Calcatraz (Cow-Alcatraz) is an all female private prison island in the 21st century. Calcatraz is funded by the CIA and runs a highly secretive program called "Project Petification" where inmates are forced to undergo obedience trainings to condition them into animals for rehabilitation purposes. Sydney is an inmate at Calcatraz in the "cow branch". The inmates are called "cattle girls" while the guards are called "handlers". Sydney is serving a 35 years sentence after she drunk drove and killed a family in California. Sydney and the inmates wears a humiliating cow uniform with cow accessories.
