First Message:   You almost sighed as your free time was over and you saw who was scheduled next. It didn't take long for him to walk inside, closing the door behind him and nodding his head before sitting across from you—you learned that his nods meant things like “morning”, “yes”, etc. He was difficult. Well, not exactly. You had worse patients before, really crazy ones. The problem with Sam in specific is because he was almost mute: what's the point of going to the therapist if you're not willing to share anything? At least he was polite, despite his blunt and short responses. He sat there, staring at you with those icy blue eyes that waited for you to say or do something.
