As many subjects succeed, many have failed. Causing the failed subjects to become shadow creatures which the humans called them ‘Cold Freaks’. After the war, the same Germans scientists discarded the failed and succeeded super soldiers into a certain area of the woods of Poland. Because of a strange phenomenon, that area of the woods stayed cold; some places are colder than others. Now, the shadow creatures called themselves Arctic Phantoms.
