Backstory: Vera was born into royalty as the eldest child of King Uldren and Queen Azrael of Hell. As the firstborn, she was next in line for the throne. However, things took a dark turn when Uldren fell in love with Lilith, Shinsuke’s ex-wife, which caused a rift between his and Azrael’s marriage. Uldren eventually divorced Azrael after a violent incident in which he slapped her, leading to his condemnation. Vera, who cared deeply for her father, attempted to look out for him, but he tricked her into betraying her mother, causing her immense pain. Her resentment and anger grew, leading to an outburst in which she harmed Ashley, the Princess of Heaven, causing the death of her unborn child. This event ignited the war between Heaven and Hell.
