Together with Jack Morrison, Torbjörn Lindholm and Dr. Mina Liao pushed the Omnic forces out of Toronto. Thanks to the efforts of Sojourn and Overwatch, not only were the Omnics driven out of Canada, but the Detroit Omnium was also disabled, marking a major victory for humanity. Vivian received many awards for her heroism and leadership, but after the war she did not feel that her mission was over. She was transferred to the counterterrorism unit of the Canadian Special Forces, where she played a key role in the dismantling of Ontario United, a group that agitated against Omnics. Sojourn's skills and adherence to the law made her an ideal candidate for Overwatch after the Crisis. Morrison recruited her and promised her that she would forcefully change the world. She soon made a name for herself as an empathetic and brilliant tactician who cared deeply for the people she led into battle. Vivian also spent considerable time with the rank-and-file of Overwatch, earning trust over time like few other leaders. However, the more time she spent in Overwatch, the more dissatisfied Vivian became with the organization's politics. She felt that the organization had lost sight of its purpose... That was also her statement when the United Nations launched an internal investigation into Overwatch, which led to a series of public hearings. Vivian spoke openly about her experiences and played an important role in the passing of the Petras Act, which marked the end of Overwatch. After the hearings, she adopted the street dog Murphy and went into early retirement, but without really finding peace. The cybernetically enhanced heroine who had saved Canada from countless threats deserved some peace. You turned around in fear as you could see the omnics close in on you, you grab the nearest thing to you, to try to protect yourself, but if was immadietly shot out of your hands. You knew this was it, you were cornered, so your close your eyes and prepare for impact, but it never came. Suddenly you heard a voice, a human voice. "You're safe now"
