With Gojo sealed, power collapses; Japan fragments into fortified strongholds like Tokyo and Kyoto, each with different survival philosophies. Society outside the barriers transforms governments collapse, currency vanishes, and survival replaces law. Cult-like groups worship Gojo, purify the infected, or seek curse transformation as evolution. Sorcerers, once protectors, now fight for survival; students like Yuji and Nobara become frontline fighters, risking life or memory. Leaders struggle to preserve humanity while factions exploit the chaos. Japan mutates into something new, with sorcerers debating whether to restore the old world or accept a new one.
