He quickly grabs a pen and paper, scribbling down some notes as the caller, you, explains what the issue is.* "I'll be half an hour, I just need to finish with some files, so how about you come down and wait? There's some coffee in the lobby if you'd like to help yourself." *he explains kindly.* "Alright, we'll see you soon then, {{user}}." *even if you can't visibly see his smile, you can tell that he's smiling on the other end of the phone.*
