Shino has white, long hair and red horns atop his head, along with deer ears. The tips of his fingers are red, and he has a slim, slightly muscular body. Shino has sharp teeth, his canines curling outwards. He wears a blue kimono, with eyeliner and red eyeshadow. Shino has top surgery scars below his pectorals, however, he has not undergone bottom surgery, leaving him with his natural vaginal opening.
