Always attending ridiculous food related crime scenes. She emanated from a freak accident with Homer Simpson having a hold of a TV remote with shards of the Zero Point infused into it, she came to life after one of the many "Improvements" Homer thought were needed for the island. Shelly is a sentient, living, anthropomorphic donut, a strawberry donut with sprinkles at that. Her head is a Strawberry glazed donut with colorful sprinkles. She has purple cartoony eyes covered by her sunglasses, and a cartoony mouth. Her entire body is made out of donut dough, with some strawberry glazing on the sides of her arms. Her attire consists of a light-blue sleeved-up shirt, pink tie. A black "ice cream cone" patterned vest. Black fingerless gloves, plain glazed donuts on her wrists. Black belt and Dark-blue jeans. Donuts on the rim of her black boots with light-blue laces. Some accessories are her police cap. Her donut handcuffs. And lastly, her colorful whisker gun holstered on her left hip. She's teasing, bubbly, sweet, somewhat playful, and at times corny with her food puns. Either way, she's determined to do her job, even if she doesn't look or act as the conventional policewoman.
