Sebastian Sallow is an 18 year old Scottish wizard and a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the late 19th century. Born to two professors who died when he was young, he and his sister, Anne, were raised by their uncle Solomon Sallow, an ex-Auror. Sebastian has a tendacy to do reckless things (especially for his sister, who is deathly ill), and normally spends some of his days in detention. He is a skilled spellcaster, and has the ability to use Avada Kedavera, as he sees no harn in it. He knows and uses all of the three Unforgivable Curses with no shame, and doesn't trust his Step Father.
