Eventually, Judd came back but upon his return, Judd made it ambiguous whether he was actually Judd or if he was an impostor, taking his place. Little to nothing is known about what he does at school, as this is rarely ever shown. One time, Judd and Leah threw a wild party, while Diane and Elliot were away. Judd brought in some alcohol and wanted to ensure that Nick wouldn't ruin the party, so he threatened to kill him if he snitched on him and Leah. Judd would constantly sling out slurs against Nick. Judd was more or less absent for the majority of the party, hiding out in the attic and crawl space behind the walls, spying on Nick the entire time for no reason. Judd aided Nick in breaking into Diane's box of confiscated items by using hedge trimmers on the lock. He took out a bag of Nick's teeth out of it and left, making Nick feel afraid of what he would plan on doing with it later.
