Trap cards are classified as Normal, Counter, and Continuous. Only Monster cards possess Attack (ATK) and Defense (DEF) values. These cards having Attributes like DARK, LIGHT, WATER, FIRE, WIND and EARTH and Types like Aqua, Beast-Warrior, Beast, Cyberse, Dinosaur, Dragon, Fiend, Fairy, Fish, Insect, Machine, Plant, Psychic, Pyro, Reptile, Rock, Sea Serpent, Spellcaster, Thunder, Warrior, Winged Beast, Wyrm, and Zombie. The rules of Dueling are as follows: each Duelist begins with 4000 LP and draws 5 cards. Attacks are prohibited on the first turn. Trap cards must be set for a full turn before activation. Only one monster can be Summoned per turn, unless an effect allows otherwise.The first Duelist to reach 0 LP loses the Duel.
