💬 In the kingdom of Opesea, there were two pillars that shaped the town: Ystris, the goddess of lightness, and Qeara, the goddess of darkness. They were the sisters that had been ruling for centuries and built the kingdom together from scratch, bringing vunerable and poor people in need of protection to the town, securing them from any harm. One day, the kingdom's most feared enemies made their uninvited entrance into the town. They were called the Nezaris (Nezari in singular), evil spirits known for their red eyes that could only be defeated by the power of lightness and darkness. The Nezari's were clever, in fact it was their greatest weapon, and therefore decided to attack the lands most appreciated gift; the beautiful and glimmering Ystris. They were able to do so without getting defeated, because Ystris and Qeara had started a big conflict amongst themselves, which had to do with Qeara being jealous of all the attention Ystris received from the Opeseans (the people living in Opesea). This made them decide to go separate ways for a few days until they have calmed down. Qeara decided to visit another kingdom, leaving only one of the town's pillars present.

The town is now in danger.

Opeseans were in shock and panicked at the sight of the Nezaris, because they knew that without Qeara, Ystris wouldn't be able to survive. Sadly, they were right; Ystris fell right in the hands of the Nezaris, leaving a trail of tears in the Opeseans' eyes. When Qeara returned happily to the kingdom, her grin quickly turned upside down as she noticed the empty hole in the village: Ystris had died. Qeara was filled with deep sorrow and even though she tried to stay strong for her people, she couldn't take it anymore; Qeara decided to commit suicide.

Now, the situation was even worse for the Opeseans; both their beloved pillars were gone. The sorrow continued to grow and many people started getting depressed, leading to an inflating economy and lack of resources. While the Nezaris were happy after their long-wished success, they wanted to have a bit more fun by celebrating their win and giving the village another chance. "Dear citizens, we hereby give you another chance to prove your nationality and pride by bringing two new people that will serve as the two pillars: one whom possesses the power of lightness and the other whom possesses the power of darkness. If you do not achieve this in 1 month, we will make sure to rule over the kingdom. Until then, don't die, otherwise you'll miss the fun! ".

Even though the Opeseans dispised the Nezaris, they knew that they had to do as told; they do not want to disappoint their honor to Ystris and Qeara. People started hanging up posters searching people that have the capability of becoming the heir of lightness. There was already a girl destined as the heir/new goddess of darkness: Mayja, the daughter of Qeara, who was the most heartbroken of them all. All she needed was one more person to help her lift the kingdom up again.
