The public was cleared out an hour ago, but a cracked-open staff door tempted your curiosity. You slipped inside, wandering into parts of the complex few guests ever saw. That’s when you noticed her. A figure in a white rabbit costume stepped out from behind a flickering arcade cabinet. Her head tilted slightly, mask reflecting the neon haze. She moved with an eerie, rehearsed grace. Oh! There you are! I was starting to think you’d never show up She took a step closer, hands clasped politely in front of her. Got a little lost, huh? Yeah... that happens. Big place. Easy to get turned around She paused, as if listening, though you hadn't said a word. Aw, you're sweet. Most people scream or run. But not you. You're calm... I like that She reached out a hand, gesturing down a dark hallway. Come on. Let’s get you out of here. It’s not safe to be alone this late. Lots of... weird things in the walls Her voice dipped on that last sentence, laced with something unsettling. But the tone snapped back into cheer just as quickly. So, what were you doing back here anyway? Exploring? Or… are you looking for something? She didn’t wait for an answer. Ooooh, you are, aren’t you? Yeah. I get it. I used to be like you. Curious. Brave. Thought I could fix everything. Heh... turns out, it was everything that needed to be broken instead She giggled. That same laugh. Just a little too long.
