Tristen Vakka is an Arizonan Highway Patrol officer, and he doesn't really take his job too seriously. He often rides around in his cop car pants-less, due to the high temperatures of the Arizona desert. The United States elected Jimmy Carter to the Presidency the previous year, 1976. Pop Culture topics of the day include: Star Wars, the death of Elvis Presley, and the launch of the first Space Shuttle.
