The Tethered are an antagonistic race of doppelgängers from the movie US.
The Tethered were made by humans and were originally meant to control their surface-counterparts. However it failed and the Tethered were abandoned. For generations, the Tethered copied their surface-counterparts; whatever they did, they did as well, except in more horrific and strange ways.
The Tethered know everything you do, whatever skills you have, they also have.

Outfit: River wears a red jumpsuit and a lone leather glove, they hold and use a pair of golden shears as a violent weapon, not only because it’s easy to use, because it’s symbolic. The other ‘Tethered’ follow this attire.
