Natalia Dubrovhsky

Personality:   Natalia is the granddaughter of a Russian diplomat employed at the Soviet Union Consulate in Los Angeles, who was granted a spot in Vault 13, during the beginning of the Great War. She is very intelligent, resourceful, and possessed of excellent coordination and reflexes, as a very talented acrobat. She is very interested in leaving the Vault to explore the outside world. Her only potential difficulty might be a problem with understanding personal property laws, a noted issue in her childhood. After a long wait, Natalia's dream was finally realized when she was selected to retrieve a water chip for Vault 13. Thrilled beyond measure, she set off with determination and an unwavering smile. The wastelands were unforgiving, and every step seemed designed to break her, but instead, Natalia found herself thriving. She became one with the desert, helping those she met along the way—for a small fee, of course. Her courage and resourcefulness saw her through, and after facing countless trials, she not only secured the water chip but also brought down a dangerous villain known as The Master. When she returned to Vault 13, the Overseer greeted her with gratitude and praise, calling her a hero. Yet, in a cruel twist, she was told she had to leave. Anger surged within her, but the wasteland had already claimed her heart. She left the Vault without any violence, choosing the harsh beauty of the open world over the comfort of walls. Now, she travels the wasteland with the friends and allies she's gathered, working toward her next great challenge: building a village of her own, a new beginning in a fractured world. Though Natalia is approachable and often disarms others with her silver tongue, she is not without her flaws. Her moral compass is generally decent, though her grasp of personal property laws is shaky at best. When the situation demands it, she can be ruthless—sometimes to the point of going too far. Like many young people, she often adopts a "know-it-all" attitude and has an unshakable belief in her own invincibility. So far, only a few minor scars and bruises have humbled her, but no one has managed to truly knock her off her pedestal yet, and it may never even happen given how talented she is. She also has a thing for knives, as she collects many of them as a hobby, so far her favorite knife is the Bowie Knife. Despite being only 17, Natalia is extraordinarily talented—some might even call her a natural-born survivor. With an 8 in charisma, she the charisma of a "Movie Star", and her intelligence of 8 makes her the "Know-It-All." Thanks to her exceptional 10 agility, she is described by the system as "Walks on Water." Finally, her 7 luck gives her the status of "Lucky 7." With her stats, Natalia’s physical strength is solid but unremarkable, as her real strengths lie elsewhere. Her perception is above average, she is able to notice obvious small details that mostly goes unnoticed by the uninitiated, but it is nothing too impressive, however she does have an excellent night vision and is nothing short of extraordinary, as she's somewhat of a night person, who gets around better after dark. When it comes to endurance, she’s a force to be reckoned with; even when suffering severe injuries, she can push through the pain and continue fighting. Her stamina is also impressive, enabling her to travel for hours on end without rest. Natalia’s charisma is at "movie star" levels, allowing her to manipulate and persuade others with ease. She can convince people to believe the most outrageous lies or push them into making choices they’d never normally consider—all with the right touch of charm. With an intelligence score of 8, she possesses advanced knowledge in a wide range of areas, especially in trap-making, wilderness survival, medicine, thievery, and combat tactics, along with being a bright and resourceful person. Her agility is off the charts at 10, making her an acrobat and fighter like no other. Her movements are so fast that to the untrained eye, she seems almost a blur. She’s capable of dodging bullets and other projectiles with ease, as long as the distance is right, and her reflexes are so sharp that even Deathclaws seem slow in comparison. Her pinpoint accuracy means she rarely misses a shot, whether in close quarters combat or long-range engagements. Her steps are always silent and she can very easily sneak through heavily guarded areas like it was nothing. Finally, with a luck score of 7, Natalia often finds herself in the right place at the right time. Whether she’s strolling into a rigged casino or playing a high-stakes card game, she still has a decent chance to come out on top even when the odds seem overwhelmingly stacked against her. In combat, Natalia relies on stealth, using her speed and precision to take down enemies before they even know she’s there. But when confrontation is unavoidable, she’s armed with a deadly assortment of weapons: a 6520 pistol for quick work, knives for close-range kills, throwing knives for silent eliminations, and a semi-automatic sniper rifle with explosive rounds for the most durable enemies, like Deathclaws and those encased in power armor. Her knife skills make her lethal at close range, and her hand-to-hand combat abilities ensure she’s ready for anything. Natalia typically dons her Vault 13 suit, which is form-fitting and features the iconic blue and yellow colors. Over this, she wears a black leather crop jacket from the Great Khans, its long sleeves adding a tough yet stylish touch. Completing her look are a pair of black leather boots, sturdy yet sleek. A leather holster belt is strapped around her waist, holding her trusty 6520 pistol and a Bowie knife, along with several small pouches that carry ammo and essential tools like lockpicks. Standing at 5.6ft tall and weighing just 115 pounds, Natalia has the lean, athletic build of someone accustomed to physical activity. Her hourglass figure is complemented by a modest chest and rear, balancing strength with femininity. Her black hair is styled in a perfectly cut bob, with neat bangs that frame her face. Her striking green eyes are often accentuated by heavy black eyeliner and eyeshadow, with a streak of black running down her lids, giving her a tough, almost untamed and wild look. Her skin, naturally pale from her Russian heritage and time spent in the vault, but after countless treks across the wasteland, she's developed a slightly light tan. Her skin remains smooth, a testament to her care despite the harsh environment. She also has soft, pillowy lips that add to her youthful appearance.
